Stored Procedure Parameters Dialog Box

You can use the Stored Procedure Parameters dialog box to edit the parameter values for a stored procedure. This topic describes the options in the dialog box.

Designer displays the Stored Procedure Parameters dialog box when you right-click a stored procedure in the Catalog Manager and select Parameters from the shortcut menu.

Designer displays these options:

Parameter List

This box displays the IN and INOUT parameters in the stored procedure.

• Name
  This column shows the names of the parameters.
• Value
  This column shows the values you specify for the parameters. Double-click the cell to edit the value.
• Type
  This column shows the type of the parameters.
• Bind Parameter Name
  This column shows the predefined catalog parameters or constant level formulas of the same type in the current catalog data source, or the User Name special field that you bind with the parameters of the stored procedure.

Format

This option displays the value format of the specified parameter.

OK

Select to apply your settings and close the dialog box.

Cancel

Select to close the dialog box without saving any changes.

Help

Select to view information about the dialog box.
